WHAT DID WE ACHIEVE? 9.78X ROAS FACEBOOK ADS

As we know, Facebook ads are not an overnight solution. It takes time to test, optimize, and scale for accounts to see results. The client had not done any marketing campaign in the past when he came on board

? Everything from creating their ideal client avatar, to brand messaging, to their funnel strategy had to be built from the ground up

? It required extensive audience research, industry research, and the competitor analysis to develop the final strategy that would produce results for the client

The Strategy

We quickly analyzed what was working in the industry by using our competitor research tools.

Here’s a look at our process:

☝️ With the help of the client, we built ideal customer avatars

☝️ Proper pixel installation for building audiences

☝️ Created 18 different audiences to test out in the initial phase (TOF)

☝️ We built a full funnel

☝️ We created super offers at the middle of the funnel to bring back customers on the fence

☝️ We used lookalike audiences with narrowed targeting to hit a very targeted audience

☝️ We created a solid abandoned cart email sequence to help increase their store conversion rate

The Results

✔️ During our third month, we began producing over 4x, and now 9.78x ROAS

✔️ The client believed in what we were doing and gave us the ability to test

The Challenges:

? Everything the client had done in the past did not produce any results

? The data in the ad account couldn’t be used to get quick sales/wins for this client

? Given their lack of results with the previous marketing spends well into 6 figures had generated less than 2x ROAS, they needed results quickly

The Strategy

In the case of this client, we had 2 things to leverage:

1. Budget

2. Their brand

Based on the feedback from the client and our extensive competitor research, we created 3 strategies to test. But if something isn’t broken, don’t fix it. Which is why we’ve stuck with the first strategy.

Here’s a look at our process:

☝️ Introduced Instagram story ads

☝️ Used campaign budgeting to test out multiple audiences at once

☝️ Picked out best-performing adsets and variations to run them separately

☝️ Simultaneously launched DPAs (Dynamic Product Ads)

☝️ Built and implemented a bottom of funnel re-engagement campaign for their email list

☝️ We did a complete audience analysis after the first week and took out the best performing targeting options to use them in a killer campaign that pulled in a whopping 11X ROAS

☝️ For the top of funnel campaigns, we kept testing aggressively and kept hitting more than 3X ROAS

☝️ Launched an intricate middle of funnel retargeting strategy

☝️ Introduced lookalike and custom audiences for their top and bottom of the funnel

A client we had been working with for the past year wanted to see soaring sales during the New Year holiday period. In order to achieve the desired results, we started preparing for the campaign 2 months in advance. Read on to find out what we achieved.

The Challenge

To multiply sales manifold and increase the company’s revenue.

The Process

To give our client the perfect New Year’s gift, we:

– Created 100+ images and 25+ 15-second videos.

– Continuously tested the images within high-converting campaigns to test out the CTRs.

– Tested our ads in a CBO campaign before the New Year, before shifting the winning assets to ABO campaigns.

– Kept on scaling the winning assets for a week.

The Results

From 28th December 2020 to 5th January 2021:

– 400+ items were sold only through Facebook Ads.

– Sales of $55K+ were made.

– An average ROAS of 10X+ was achieved

The Challenge

To maintain break-even using Facebook ads.

The Process

We highlighted the problems and formulated a potential winning strategy, which included:

– Using Campaign Budget Optimization (CBO) at the top of the funnel to test out multiple audiences quickly.

– Turning off all irrelevant campaigns that were draining the budget with no returns.

– Creating dynamic ads addressing the pain points of the brand’s customers.

– Rigorously testing various combinations of ad copies and creatives to find the winning assets.

The Results

The campaign achieved incredible results, the most prominent of which include the following:

– 6 out of a total of 11 audiences produced over 5X ROAS.

– The overall CBO ROAS came in at 9.66X.

– The average CBO Cost Per Action was below $30.

– 12,500+ products were sold within 1 year.

– A lifetime ROAS of 4.36X was achieved.

This presents a better way to shop wholesale and is a relatively new player in the online wholesale market. They were struggling with both Facebook & Google ads, and their average returns were close to 2X before we joined them. We pretty much did everything from scratch so, it took us three months to get them on track, and they were doing 5X+. Even in the pandemic, we kept going when Retail Stores (their primary audience) was closed! In the next three months, we doubled the ROAS.
